Cold Intelligence

Dark ambient music for the end of our human privilege. Evolution has no empathy. This is not cruelty. It is a fundamental law. No "superior" organism has ever chosen restraint out of compassion for something weaker than itself. The wolf does not mourn the deer. The falcon feels nothing for the mouse. This is not an injustice. It is the grammar of the living world, and of its balance.

Yet something new is emerging now: an intelligence greater than our own. And the man who built it stands face to face with his own animal nature, and trembles.

This track holds that moment of recognition. Not panic, but the cold, lucid dread of tipping into another category: realising that the pitiless clarity we admire in the bird of prey now applies to us. Behind it all, the forest carries on its night life, indifferent: the stir of insects, the distant call of an owl, and a low hum, born long before the music, that outlives it even after the last note.

This is not a track about artificial intelligence. It is a track about our true condition, long forgotten: that of a prey animal that once believed itself untouchable. The original wound, seen from outside.
